100% Integrated into CS-Cart Snorocket's helpdesk support ticket management system helps facilitate, manage and easily track all incoming tickets. You can view ticket history and even manually create tickets through the administration panel. You can create, edit, save canned responses and unlimited priority levels. The system supports both multiple departments and managers enabling you to re-assign certain requests to managers responsible for certain problems or supported products. Setting up different ticket priorities allows distinguishing more urgent problems and ensures their response time.
