I always wanted to have an multi-level affiliate & referral program on my website OnePlaceGifts.com, and this add-on works great recruiting business partners from new and old customers. A while ago, I received an email from the company informing the availability of a new version. I installed it immediately but never realized it is a version that is incompatible with the multivendor version I'm using. As reinstalling a most appropriate add-on version and making it work again is beyond my own ability (I have to say it's pretty technically demanding), I turned to Simetch Techical Support for assistance. Huge thumb up especially to Deliya for her courteous and professional handling of the issue. Deliya emailed me just a couple of days later that I should now have a working add-on once again.

In no case do not buy this curve module!!!

You will have problems with customer accounts, with bonus points, with displaying patrner orders in the admin panel of the site.

You will be unpleasantly surprised, after removal of the module everything will become even worse!

It is my utter disappointment that I have to write the review regarding this business. I brought the add on November 9th and its 19th now. You guys told me that you will get back to me in 3-5 days and its been more than 10 days. I see that the affiliate add on has the bug where whatever image you post it never resize it of its own. I told you many times to resolve this but it just fall on the deaf ears.

Kindly treat your customers right. When someone pay you for your service, please do the needful to atleeast provide the support it needed. Your add on comes with a bug and i really appreciate if someone can take a look because it is very very important for us.

I am giving you 1 * because of your ridiculous support so far.
