The assistant can recommend products based on intended use, budget, features, brand, size, color, availability, and other catalog data. It can ask follow-up questions when the request is unclear, show relevant options with prices and product links, and add the selected item directly to the cart.

It can also handle common customer questions using your own knowledge base. Upload delivery and payment details, return and warranty policies, instructions, service information, or FAQ content. The assistant matches each question with information provided by your business, so responses stay connected to approved store materials.

Unlike a general-purpose AI chatbot, iisy follows scenarios configured by the store owner. You decide what information the assistant can access, which questions it should ask, and what actions it is allowed to perform.
