The ATS Healthcare add-on connects your CS-Cart store to ATS Healthcare, a Canadian carrier focused on temperature-controlled and time-critical deliveries. It is a great fit for stores shipping pharmaceuticals, life-sciences products, medical devices, and other cold-chain or compliance-sensitive items.

Once it is set up, your team (and your vendors, if you run a marketplace) can quote live ATS rates at checkout, book real shipments, print labels, follow tracking updates, and cancel shipments — all from the regular CS-Cart shipment screens, with no copy-pasting between systems. The add-on works standalone; paired with the CartModules: Advanced Shipping System foundation add-on you also get per-vendor credentials (Multi-Vendor editions only), multi-box shipment support, and centralized carrier status mapping shared across every installed carrier add-on.

Supported Services

How It Works

1. Create a shipping method in CS-Cart, pick ATS Healthcare as the carrier, and choose one of the 9 services
2. Enter your ATS Healthcare login details on the shipping method (or, in vendor mode, each vendor enters their own)
3. At checkout, customers see live ATS rates and pick the option they want
4. When you’re ready to ship, open the order and click Create shipment — the add-on books it with ATS and saves the tracking number
5. From the shipment screen, print the PDF label, refresh tracking, or cancel the shipment
6. As ATS moves the package, the shipment and order statuses update on their own

Requirements

• CS-Cart Store Builder or Multi-Vendor (single or multiple storefronts) 4.6.3 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher (tested up to PHP 8.3)
• An ATS Healthcare account (Client ID, Client Secret, and Docket Code)
• Recommended: CartModules: Smart Shipping & Fulfillment Manager (the per-vendor credentials feature requires CS-Cart Multi-Vendor)

Installation

1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip file
2. Activate the addon and enter the license key
3. (Recommended) install CartModules: Smart Shipping & Fulfillment Manager first, then go to Shipping & Taxes > Shipping methods, add a method, pick ATS Healthcare and a service, and enter your ATS login details (see Configuration)

Configuration Options

In Multi-Vendor with per-vendor credentials enabled, each vendor enters their own Client ID, Client Secret, and Docket Code on their company profile and ships from their own ATS account. Available shipment actions: Create Shipment, Update Tracking, Print Label (4x4), Print Label (4x6), and Cancel Shipment.
