CS-Cart Auction : It will enable auction feature for your CS-Cart store where buyer can bid for the product with interactive time counter . CS-Cart Auction Addon will surely boost the sales of the store.

Features :

Incremental Price Bid addition set by Backend.
Dynamic Timer counter.
List of all bidders in the admin panel.
Dynamic selection of the winner.
Bidder will get the notification for bid win.
Fully admin management.
list of bidders with pagination.
Min Bid Win Product Price is also set by admin in Backend.
Very User Friendly both by backend or frontend.
If auction winner user will not buy the Product then Admin can manually set the winner functionality In Backend.
Winner user bid is automatically set the Price of the Product.
If user bid will be outbid then user will notify auctomatically.
Email Template set by admin in Backend.

With very bad and rude support service from Webkul. Lodge a ticket on this add-on for incompatibility with the gift certificate on the 17th April. Support unable to understand the issue even after providing them with a screen record. Till I actually requested for a remote session on the 29th April 2020 and I was told to wait for a reply till I can wait no more.. I requested for a refund on the 4th May 2020. Then they finally came back for a remote session only yesterday, 5th April 2020. They finally understand the issue BUT still refused to admit they are at fault and INSIST that I give them more time to resolve this issue! What kind of after sales support is this? You guys are definitely losing customers with this attitude. I gave you more than enough time for troubleshooting but you took nearly 4 weeks to UNDERSTAND AND not even a simple apology! You already delayed in support and PLEASE don't delay on my refund as well. Please KINDLY REFUND and I am losing my patience.
