1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to the software modules (hereinafter referred to as "Modules") developed by the Licensor (Developer) and distributed through the official CS-Cart marketplace (the "Marketplace").

1.2. The Developer does not collect, process, store, or transfer any personal data of buyers or users of the Modules independently. All data processing operations are carried out exclusively by the CS-Cart marketplace, which acts as the sole data operator.

1.3. By purchasing or installing a Module, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and confirm that you understand that the Developer has no access to your personal data.

2. Data Collected and Processed by the CS-Cart Marketplace

2.1. Since the Modules are distributed through the CS-Cart Marketplace, any personal data provided by the Buyer (including but not limited to: name, email address, billing information, IP address, order history, license keys, store URLs) is collected, processed, stored, and protected by the CS-Cart Marketplace itself in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

2.2. The Developer has no technical or administrative ability to access, view, modify, or delete any personal data of Buyers. The Developer only receives aggregated and depersonalized information necessary for license validation and support provision (e.g., "order #12345 purchased Module X on date Y").

2.3. For details on how the CS-Cart Marketplace processes your personal data, please refer to the official CS-Cart Marketplace Privacy Policy available on the CS-Cart website.

3. The Developer Does Not Collect or Process Personal Data

3.1. The Developer does not:

• Operate any forms for collecting personal data on the Marketplace or elsewhere in connection with the Modules;
• Use cookies, analytics counters, or tracking scripts to collect data about Module users;
• Require registration, login, or any personal information directly from Buyers;
• Store or process payment information, addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers.

3.2. If a Buyer contacts the Developer directly for technical support (e.g., via email), the Buyer voluntarily provides their email address and any other information they choose to include. Such data is used solely to respond to the support request and is not shared with third parties. The Developer does not add this information to any database or mailing list without explicit consent.

4. No Transfer of Data to Third Parties

4.1. Since the Developer does not collect or process any personal data of Buyers, the Developer does not and cannot transfer any data to third parties.

4.2. The Developer does not sell, rent, exchange, or otherwise disclose any information about Module users, for the simple reason that the Developer does not possess such information.

4.3. The CS-Cart Marketplace, as the data operator, may transfer data to third parties in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable laws. The Developer has no control over and bears no responsibility for such transfers. Any questions regarding data handling by the Marketplace should be directed to CS-Cart directly.

5. Responsibility of the CS-Cart Marketplace

5.1. The Developer is not responsible for:

• Any data breaches, leaks, unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of personal data occurring on the CS-Cart Marketplace side;
• Compliance of the CS-Cart Marketplace with data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or any other regulations);
• The content, accuracy, or availability of the CS-Cart Marketplace's own Privacy Policy or terms of service;
• Any actions or inactions of the CS-Cart Marketplace regarding the collection, storage, processing, or transfer of personal data.

5.2. The Developer disclaims any and all liability arising from the processing of personal data by the CS-Cart Marketplace. All claims related to data protection should be addressed directly to the operator of the CS-Cart Marketplace.

6. Technical Support and Direct Communications

6.1. When a Buyer contacts the Developer for technical support via email, Telegram, or other means provided by the Developer, the Buyer voluntarily discloses their contact information and any other data included in the communication.

6.2. Such information is used solely for the purpose of providing support and is not shared with any third parties unless required by law or necessary to resolve the issue (e.g., sharing a temporary access credential with the Buyer).

6.3. The Developer does not retain support communications longer than necessary to resolve the issue and does not use them for marketing purposes without the Buyer's explicit consent.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

7.1. The Developer reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on the Module page in the CS-Cart Marketplace or on the Developer's website.

7.2. Continued use of the Module after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
