CS-Cart Marketplace Request for Quotation extension allows the customers to raise a quotation request for the seller’s products. On the other hand, the sellers can approve, reject or quote for the raised RFQs. 

The buyers can also request quotes for those products that are not available on the CS-Cart website. The sellers can even negotiate on the quotation requests from their end. The vendors and buyers can track the RFQ status from their profiles. 

Customers and sellers both can chat with each other for price negotiation. Every time the seller and customer will receive an email for the RFQ creation and update.

  • Customers can ask for quotes for a product that is available in the CS-Cart store or for custom products as well.

  • The admin can view all the requests from his dashboard made by the customer.
  • The sellers receive an email when customers request a quote for a custom product or new product.
  • The buyer receives an email when the vendor approves and rejects the quote.
  • When the vendor request for a quote then the customer will receive the mail.
  • When the customer updates the quote then the vendor receives the mail.
  • The vendor receives the email when the customer approves the quote.
  • The vendor receives the mail when the customer sends a message by the chat now button.
  • The customer receives the mail when the vendor sends a message.
  • Admin can enable or disable the RFQ for all products at once.
