QR code on the invoice — paid from a phone
The add-on puts a GOST R 56042-2014 payment QR code on the printed invoice. The customer points a banking app at it and the payment order opens filled in: payee, account, bank, amount and payment purpose are already there.

Why a store needs a QR code on the invoice
When the customer is a company, the store issues an invoice. The manual work starts there: an accountant retypes twenty digits of the bank account, nine digits of the BIC, twenty digits of the correspondent account, the tax numbers, the amount and the payment purpose into a banking app. One mistake and the payment bounces or goes to the wrong place while the order waits.
Paid in seconds
A phone camera instead of twenty digits typed by hand: the invoice is paid as soon as the customer opens it. |
Fewer mistyped payments
The details reach the bank from the code, not from fingers: a typo in the account or the BIC becomes impossible. |
Fewer tickets
"Please send the bank details again" and "the payment went to the wrong account" — noticeably fewer of those after installation. |
Nothing else changes
The add-on works on top of the stock "Invoice" payment method: checkout, emails and the invoice form itself stay as they were. |

The code is in all three shapes of the invoice
- • Printed in the browser — what a manager opens from the order and hands to the customer.
- • PDF attachment — the file the store attaches to the invoice email.
- • The invoice email — the message the customer opens on a phone and pays straight away.

Bank details and payment purpose
The payment is built from the payment method details and the order data. The fields the code cannot be built without are marked by the add-on right on the payment method page — before the form is saved, not after the first printed invoice.
- • The payment purpose is configurable. The invoice number, its date and the tax information from the order are substituted into your own wording.
- • The tax comes from the order totals. When there is no tax, the purpose says "Without VAT" — what an accountant expects to read.
- • The code size is yours to pick. From 60 to 600 pixels: for paper and for reading off a screen.
When details are missing
The invoice prints as it did before, without the code, and the administrator gets a warning naming the empty fields. No blank space is left on the invoice.

Payer details stay inside the store
The payment string carries the payer surname, first name and phone number. The stock CS-Cart receipt orders the code image from an external service — which means those details travel there every time an invoice is printed.
The built-in generator draws the code on the store itself: no outgoing Internet access is needed and the payer data stays inside. The external service remains a setting — for servers without a graphics library.
What it means in practice
The add-on works on a closed server with no Internet access, and printing an invoice does not depend on a third-party service being up.
Getting started
STEP 1
Install the add-on
Through the Cart-Power add-on manager — updates arrive the same way. |
STEP 2
Check the bank details
The "Invoice" payment method: recipient, current account, bank, BIC and correspondent account. The required fields are marked for you. |
STEP 3
Open an invoice
The code is already there. Point a phone camera at it and make sure the bank opens a filled-in transfer form. |
STEP 4
Adjust if needed
The code size and the payment purpose wording live in the add-on settings. |
Worth knowing up front
This payment standard is rouble-denominated: the store needs a rouble currency. If the printed invoice was customised on your store, move those changes into the add-on template — it prints its own copy of the stock form.
Frequently asked questions
Which banks read this code?
The GOST R 56042-2014 format is supported by Russian banking apps — it is the same code printed on utility bills.
Do I need a payment service contract or an online cash register?
No. The code is a way to pass your own bank details, not a way to take a payment. The money arrives by an ordinary bank transfer.
Does the store need Internet access?
Not with the built-in generator — the code is drawn on the store itself. The external service remains an option in the settings.
What happens if the bank details are incomplete?
The invoice prints as before, without the code, and the administrator sees a warning naming the empty fields.
We customised the printed invoice. What happens to it?
The add-on prints its own copy of the stock form. Your changes need to be moved into the add-on file — the path is in the documentation.
Does it work in Multi-Vendor?
Yes, in all four editions. The details come from the payment method, and that belongs to a storefront.

Two add-ons that change how a store performs
Everything else we publish improves one screen. These two change the numbers: how customers find products, and how often they come back.
|
Add-on · Search & merchandising Smart SearchElasticsearch-powered search for large catalogues. The customer types two letters, sees products with images and prices, and buys from the dropdown — even after a typo or with the wrong keyboard layout. Visitors who use the search bar are 24% of traffic and 44% of revenue, and convert about 2.5× better than people who only browse categories. If search returns nothing, up to 80% of them leave.
| ||||||||
Try it on a live catalogue: open the demo store and search with a deliberate typo. |
|
Add-on · Mobile commerce PowerApp — mobile app for your storeA native iOS and Android app running on your CS-Cart data: the same products, prices, stock, promotions, reward points and orders. There is no second catalogue to maintain — everything stays in the admin panel you already use. A mobile site brings a customer in once; an app brings them back for free. Push notifications replace the retargeting budget you spend to buy the same customer a second time.

How we work
What you get besides the code

While we build A named project manager reports progress on a fixed schedule. You always know what is in work and what is next. |
|
Before release A separate QA pass on every release — the developer who wrote the code is not the person who signs it off. |
After handover Documentation for everything we ship, plus a warranty on the modifications and the project. |
Tell us what the store needs to doDescribe the task in a couple of sentences and we will come back with options, a scope and a price. The consultation is free, and we will say plainly if a ready-made add-on already solves it.
