Verifactu for CS-Cart

Note: Before installing the add-on, extract the downloaded package.

1. Install the License Manager add-on first.
2. Then install the required add-on.
3. Follow the license activation steps to generate your license key.

CS-Cart VeriFactu Add-On helps CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor stores create, report, and manage VeriFactu invoices. It generates Spain-compliant invoices with QR codes and PDF support while synchronizing invoice data with Fiskaly.

The add-on simplifies Spain's VeriFactu compliance by allowing administrators to configure Fiskaly credentials, manage taxpayer information, synchronize invoices, and generate compliant PDF invoices directly from CS-Cart.

Configure API Credentials

Open the VeriFactu configuration page, select the vendor, enter the Fiskaly API Key and API Secret, choose the required environment, and save the configuration. Once the connection is established successfully, the add-on is ready for taxpayer registration and invoice reporting.

Register Taxpayer Information

Configure the taxpayer details by entering the legal name, Tax ID (NIF), email address, territory, business address, and agreement information. These details are used while reporting invoices to Fiskaly.

Synchronize Orders with VeriFactu

Select one or multiple orders from the order list and use the VeriFactu menu to synchronize or re-synchronize the selected orders with Fiskaly whenever required.

Send an Order to VeriFactu

Open the required order and choose the Send to VeriFactu option from the actions menu. The add-on submits the selected order to Fiskaly for VeriFactu reporting.

Generate a VeriFactu-Compliant Invoice

Once the order is successfully reported, the generated invoice includes the required fiscal compliance details such as the VeriFactu status, QR code, and validation URL in accordance with Spain's VeriFactu regulations.

Print and Download the VeriFactu Invoice

Administrators can print or download the VeriFactu invoice in PDF format. The generated PDF contains the complete order information along with the required fiscal compliance details for record keeping and verification.
