This add-on is the one-click bridge between your store and the ecomdir platform: install it and your entire order workflow moves onto a mobile-first interface built for the packing table, not the desktop admin.
What you get with ecomdir
Mobile packer interface Your warehouse team opens orders on the phone. Each packer sees only the orders assigned to them, with product images, warehouse location, quantity, and a big "Done" button. Built for one-handed use over a packing table.
Product location in the warehouse Assign shelf/bin locations to products. Packers see exactly where to grab each item. Feature name is configurable per store.
Packer performance reports Per-packer statistics: orders processed, average time from open to close, mistakes, configurable penalty system. Professional PDF export (A4 landscape).
Real-time processing time tracking Every order tracks opened_at → finalized_at. See exactly how long packing takes, with charts and per-packer breakdowns.
Role-based access Owner, admin, back-office, packer — each role only sees what it needs. Configurable per-tab access for the back-office role.
Automated daily reports Cron-driven email + SMS summaries. Configurable hour and timezone per store.
Marketplace integrations (in development) eMAG and Trendyol connectors — process marketplace orders alongside your store orders.
