Requirements

• CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.x
• PHP 7.1 or higher
• ePayco merchant account with API credentials
• Store currency set to COP (Colombian Peso)

Checkout Modes

Redirect Mode

• Customer is redirected to ePayco's hosted payment page
• Payment completed on the gateway's secure page
• Customer returns to your store after payment

Inline Mode

• ePayco.js opens a popup checkout window on your page
• Customer pays in popup without full redirect
• Improved user experience with on-site checkout

How It Works

1. Customer selects ePayco at checkout and clicks "Place Order"
2. The addon prepares payment data and authentication
3. In redirect mode: customer is redirected to ePayco's hosted page
4. In inline mode: ePayco.js opens a popup checkout window
5. Customer chooses payment method (PSE, card, cash, or wallet) and completes payment
6. ePayco sends confirmation callback to verify transaction
7. Order status is updated based on payment result

Installation

1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip
2. Activate the addon and enter the license key
3. Go to Administration > Payment methods and create a new payment method
4. Select "ePayco Payment Gateway (Redirect)" or "ePayco Payment Gateway (Inline)" as the processor
5. Enter your ePayco credentials (P_CUST_ID_CLIENTE, P_KEY, Public Key, Private Key)
6. Configure order status mappings as desired
7. Save and test with sandbox mode before going live

This addon is designed for merchants selling in Colombia. ePayco supports COP (Colombian Peso). PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea) is Colombia's national bank transfer system and the most popular online payment method.
