This addon allows vendors in the Cs-cart MVE environment to set a minimum order amount that must be met for a customer to checkout.  If a customer attempts to checkout and the sum of the items in the cart do not meet a vendor’s minimum order amount, the customer sees a notification about the amount required for each vendor’s products that do not meet the minimum.
