Google recommends to use Google Tag Manager (a tag management system by Google) to collect data from a website and send the data to Google advertisement and measurement products like Google Analytics.
Google Enhanced Ecommerce (GA4) add-on gives additional opportunities to configure analytics, not included in default CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor.
