Overview


Thanks to Google Customer Reviews, you can collect valuable reviews about your store for free. Customers who’ve made a purchase on your site can opt-in to receive an e-mail survey to rate their shopping experience.

If the customers opt-in, they may receive an email after their order has arrived. The collected ratings appear on Search Ads, in Google Shopping, and on an optional badge that can be displayed on your site. Thus, the add-on is a great way to increase your trustworthiness and credibility.


The add-on displays the Google Customer Reviews badge on any page of your website. However, the badge position is chosen by you:

  • in the bottom right corner;
  • in the bottom left corner;
  • any block position.

Great addon. Super easy to set up...and make it run. I didn't make it work initially because I didn't read the manual carefully. So to make this addon work you would need to enable google customers review at merchant center programs.

This is a must-have add-on to start building customer reviews for google. It is very easy to use and get working. However, depending on your customer base it may take a while before google starts publishing your reviews on your website badge. I believe you have to have over 150 reviews before things start showing up.
