Hide categories without products

This add-on allows you to hide categories from your store's storefront when they do not contain products.

After installing the add-on, you will see a new setting - Show category on storefront on the category settings page. If you enable this setting, the category will be displayed regardless of the number of products it contains. If this setting is disabled, and there are no products in this category, or products are disabled, the category will be hidden from the storefront after the next synchronization.

In the settings of the add-on, you'll be able to synchronize your store's category list. During synchronization, it gets all existing categories where the Show category on storefront setting is disabled and checks if a category has any products in it and all these products are active. If there are no products or the products are disabled, the category will be hidden from the storefront.

Apart from that, you can change the value of the Show Category on Storefront setting for all categories in your store in bulk from the add-on's Settings page. By default, Show Category on Storefront is enabled.
