Pixel by Pixel

We have been working with Chris and Richard at Pixel for a few months now. They have been of great help to us with their knowledge of CS-Cart - and have helped us so far in a number of areas that we needed assistance in after our in house web developer left.

We shall continue to use Pixel for further work In the near future as we hope to upgrade our current site in the next few months and will be needing their expert help and advice in doing so.

Here at Whibleys the Jewellers we had always relied on our face to face customer care and passing trade but felt the time had come to start trading on line via an e-commence website. Despite having a clear direction with our branding the website was proving rather difficult due to the project being reliant on a harmonized automated synchronization to our already in place but dated back office stock control system. This was throwing up many complex technical issues which were beyond our in-house skill sets.

This was clearly an instance which required the services of a web development team capable of creating a slick, user friendly store that conveyed our professionalism but was also able to integrate with our stock control system. To undertake the project we decided to instruct the services of Pixel by Pixel and have had the pleasure of working closely with Chris Painter and Richard Edwards, both of whom we have found to be extremely good at their job.

In particular both Chris and Richard have shown a great attention to detail and have done their upmost to gain a deeper understanding of the project beyond the original brief outlined. They have also liaised and worked with our stock control IT technicians to achieve the main goal of integrating both systems; for us as a client this is very reassuring.
Throughout the project we have had various meetings with Chris and Richard and found them to be very technically informative but in layman’s terms so not to baffle anyone without the same level of knowledge. They have also shown a lot of enthusiasm and have made suggestions to improve the project further, the project was complete within budget and to deadline and we are extremely happy with the end result. We will be continuing to use Pixel by Pixel for further work in the near future.
