Requirements

• CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.x
• PHP 7.1 or higher
• Interswitch merchant account with Webpay credentials (Product ID, Pay Item ID, MAC Key)
• Store currency set to NGN (Nigerian Naira)

How It Works

1. Customer selects Interswitch at checkout and clicks “Place Order”
2. The addon generates a SHA512 hash and auto-submits a form to Interswitch Webpay
3. Customer pays on the Interswitch hosted payment page (card, bank, USSD, QR)
4. After payment, customer is redirected back to your store
5. The addon queries Interswitch's API to verify the transaction, then updates the order status

Installation

1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip
2. Activate the addon and enter the license key
3. Go to Administration > Payment methods and create a new payment method
4. Select “Interswitch Webpay” as the processor
5. Enter your Product ID, Pay Item ID, and MAC Key
6. Configure order status mappings for approved, pending, and failed payments
7. Save and test with sandbox mode before going live

This addon is designed for merchants selling in Nigeria. Interswitch Webpay supports NGN (Nigerian Naira). Amounts are processed in kobo (1 NGN = 100 kobo) with currency code 566 (ISO 4217).
