The knowledge base of the online store will let you have all the necessary information at hand, right in the administration panel, just choose pages in the administration panel to display your knowledge base.

While creating a knowledge base, you can include all the necessary information in it: 

• links to internal and external resources
• photo and video materials
• instructions and regulations
• reference information
• answers to frequently asked questions for your employees and what not.
