A visitor who lands on a storefront in a foreign language and an unfamiliar currency is more likely to leave than to hunt for a switcher. This add-on removes that choice: the country is detected by IP address and the store opens the way it should.
What it does
- Language and currency tied to the visitor's country — in any combination CS-Cart supports.
- Country detection through the IP2Location address database.
- Database updates by a button or on schedule (CRON).
- A default language and currency pair for when the country is unknown or has no rule.
- Works in the Ultimate and Multi-Vendor editions.
When it helps
Stores selling in several countries and projects running local and international storefronts. It shows most on paid traffic: a visitor from another country has neither the time nor the wish to work out your switchers.

The default language and currency pair from the settings is applied.
Can the visitor still change the language?
Yes, the standard language and currency switchers keep working — the add-on only sets the starting state.
