How to create a bot in MAX
To create a bot in the MAX messenger, you must have a verified legal entity or individual entrepreneur account on Gosuslugi (Public Services Portal).
- Go to https://business.max.ru/self and enter the phone number linked to your legal entity account on Gosuslugi.
- Enter the legal entity name and confirm your details through your Gosuslugi account.
- After profile verification, go to the "Chat bots" section and create your bot: upload an avatar and choose a name.
Important!
For the bot to send you private messages — open it in the messenger and press the "Start" button.
For the bot to send messages to a group — add the bot to that group.
How to configure the module
- API key — Integration section → https://business.max.ru/self/chat-bots
- User ID — MAX web version: open a chat with the user → ID in the address bar. Or use the bot: https://max.ru/id380124799522_1_bot
- Chat ID — MAX web version: open the desired chat → ID in the address bar. Or forward a message from the group to the bot: https://max.ru/id380124799522_1_bot
