Navlungo Domestic Shipping Addon for CS-Cart

Navlungo Domestic Shipping creates real shipments at Navlungo from a CS-Cart order. It picks the carrier, produces the carrier's own label, tracks the parcel to delivery and cancels when you do — one Navlungo account, every Turkish domestic carrier your account holds an agreement for.

Not a tracking-number field

Shipping add-ons usually record a number somebody typed in. This one talks to the carrier: the shipment exists at Navlungo, the label comes from the carrier, the status is the carrier's, and the tracking number is the one the carrier issued.

The address is checked before anything is sent

Navlungo accepts a misspelt district, a malformed phone number and a foreign country code without complaint — and the parcel fails days later at a sorting facility. The add-on ships its own list of 81 provinces and 973 districts, validates the recipient on the order screen while somebody is still looking at it, and adds province and district pickers to checkout so the address arrives correct in the first place.

One order, one parcel — even when the connection drops

Every shipment carries a stable reference. If a request times out after Navlungo has already created the parcel, the retry answers "this shipment already exists", which the add-on reads as done and recovers the existing shipment number — instead of putting a second van on the road. If the existing shipment cannot be read back, the add-on stops and says so rather than creating one under a new reference.

Labels

• PDF for every carrier, ZPL and ZPL 10x10 for label printers.
• The label is stored in your store, so printing it again does not depend on Navlungo being reachable.
• The carrier produces the parcel a moment after Navlungo accepts it; a label asked for in between is reported as "not ready yet", not as an error.

Day-to-day operations

• A Navlungo tab on the order: every shipment, its status, its history, and the buttons for the label and for cancelling.
• A shipment list with search, and a detail screen with the full status history.
• Cash on delivery, with the check that matters: an order already paid is refused, so nobody is charged twice at the door.
• Return shipments, with the direction reversed correctly — the customer is the sender.
• Creating shipments for several orders at once, with every failed order listed by number and reason rather than a count.
• Desi calculated from your product dimensions, with a configurable divisor and packaging margin; an operator's own figure always wins.
• Two separate privileges, so reading shipments and spending money at a carrier can be held by different people.

Status synchronisation

Navlungo publishes no webhook, so the store asks. A cron endpoint keeps every shipment current, records the full history, and stops polling only at a genuinely final status. An unrecognised status code is shown exactly as the carrier sent it and is never treated as finished — guessing would silently stop tracking a parcel still in transit.

What the customer sees

The tracking number, the current status and the history on their order page, in the shipment e-mail and in their account — linked to the carrier's own tracking page where the carrier publishes a usable one, and to Navlungo's otherwise.

Installing and upgrading

• One package for Ultimate, Multi-Vendor and Multi-Vendor Plus.
• Upgrading in place completes itself: on the first admin page after the files change, the add-on creates any missing table, column and index, re-applies its privileges, corrects its version row and discards the previous version's compiled templates. No remove-and-reinstall, which would delete your shipment records.
• If the database user cannot alter tables, the settings screen names exactly what is missing instead of leaving it to surface at the first shipment of the day.
• Your Navlungo credentials are stored encrypted with the store's crypt key and are write-only in the interface.
• Full interface and documentation in English and Turkish.

Requirements

• A Navlungo Domestic account with at least one carrier enabled for it. Which carriers you may use is decided by your own agreement with Navlungo.
• A cron entry for status synchronisation.
• CS-Cart 4.19.0 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer with curl and openssl, and a crypt_key that is not CS-Cart's shipped placeholder.

Known limits, said before you buy

• No shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Navlungo's domestic API publishes no quote endpoint, so charges come from your own CS-Cart shipping methods.
• No same-day delivery, and no delivery-time promise: that is the carrier's.
• Statuses are polled rather than pushed, so a status is as fresh as the last synchronisation run.
• Shipments are created one request at a time, on Navlungo's instruction.
• Cancelling and editing are possible only while the carrier has not yet produced the parcel; after that Navlungo refuses, and the add-on shows you its reason.
