Overview

We have developed a small, yet very useful add-on which improves your customer’s experience by adding some features to the order details page and invoice.

With the Advanced Order, you will be able to attach files to the orders which were created by the admins and show the product image in the Product Information block. Let us show you the screenshots to demonstrate how it works.

How it works

Settings

The add-on has just one setting to define the size of the product image. You can set the appropriate height and weight of the icon on the order page and the invoice.

Adding attachments to the order

Need to add attachments to orders while or after processing them? Too often, there are some documents associated with orders, and it would be great to keep them in one place. The Advanced Orders add-on enables you to attach important data (like manuals, warranty details, logos, etc.) to any orders after customers or admins have created them.

In the add-on settings, you can easily change the position of the attachment in the list and choose the type of the User group who will see the file.

The customer will see the file in the Attachments tab on the Order information page.

Thus, this powerful and very easy to use tool will make your order handling a lot more effective and organized.

Adding the thumbnail of the product to the order details page

If you do not have the Order Improvements add-on, your customer will see the order details page without an image in the Product information block. Looks unattractive, right?

Great addon- there is nothing more frustrating that problematic order edition. With this addon- life is way easier! Add file to customer profile- piece of cake. Edit his order- piece of cake. BUT! I have received together with products great and fantastic developer on the other side who cares! Simtech Dev has fantastic developers- who understood my (constant) asks for help, changes, and reverts of changes.. They also suggested a lot of great solutions. Any email from my side was answered in no time, with ready solutions and tips for future. That is just a unique approach among the sea of cs cart developers. Модуль добавляет полезные фишки, в частности, можно прикреплять различные файлы к заказам, в том числе счет, руководства и тд. Но особого применения не нашел, так как личным кабинетом наши клиенты редко пользуются (в CS-Cart надо над ним хорошо поработать, чтобы он был удобен и полезен). Все просят присылать файлы на их электронную почту. Картинка товара в заказе - это класс.

Very helpfull to add all type of attachments to an order. We use it regulary to add invoices that were changed or to add customers return letter..

This is an excellent way to make edits to customers invoices for times when orders are not easily edited other standard ways. It saves me a ton of time for special order changes.

This is the good a free addon, it help to improve order, it help to show image at my order detail page, easy for my customer to manage their order by visual the product image. they no need to look for the name to check what product is it. at the same time, it allow me to add attachment to my customer. example when i selling some design or art work. after i done the job, i add attachment to the order let buyer to download.

This addon has evolved over the weeks to almost become a customer quotation system in it own right. You can add any file to the orders created and have them either emails to a customer with the order email or you can "send and invite to buy" with the files/images/or digital sample for people to buy. I have customized the language variable on the email with html and works a treat. I would recommend this addon.
