Basic general information

The module allows customers to receive order information via the store’s Telegram bot.

Efficiency for the store

• The customer can receive Telegram notifications about order creation/modification or order status.
• The customer can authorize in the bot in one click after placing an order by simply pressing a button.
• The administrator can receive Telegram notifications about every new order in the store.

• The admin panel provides a wide range of options for configuring text responses to user actions.
• A wide selection of placeholders is available for inserting data.

How the product works

After placing an order or on the detailed order page, the buyer can access the store's telegram bot.
After the redirect, authorization occurs automatically and the user can find out the order details using the bot.
When the order changes or the status changes, the user will be notified in the bot.

Trial Version

Trial version provides you an add-on with full set of features for the period from 3 days to month in depence on condition of the specific vendor. The add-on will be disabled when the trial perod is expired. In case the add-on has a free version, when the trial period is expired, the add-on functionality will be limited in accordance with abilities of the free version. Purchase a subscribtion to the add-on in order to restore the full functionality of the add-on.

Freemium Version

Free version provides you an ability to use the add-on permanently on special condition. Technical support and individual customization services are not available and the add-on functionality, abilities and adaptation to new cs-cart versions are heavily limited. Purchase the add-on subscription or the lifetime version to get the fully functional add-on version.
