Requirements

• CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.x
• PHP 7.1 or higher
• Paystack account with API credentials (Public Key, Secret Key)
• Store currency set to a Paystack-supported currency (NGN, GHS, ZAR, KES, or USD)

Checkout Modes

• Redirect (Default) -- Customer is redirected to Paystack's secure hosted payment page
• Inline (Popup) -- Paystack InlineJS opens directly on your checkout page. Customer pays without leaving your store.

How It Works

1. Customer selects Paystack at checkout and clicks "Place Order"
2. The addon initializes a transaction with Paystack and obtains a payment URL
3. In redirect mode: Customer is redirected to Paystack's hosted payment page
4. In inline mode: Paystack popup appears on the checkout page
5. Customer completes payment using their preferred method (card, bank transfer, USSD, mobile money)
6. Customer is returned to your store (or popup closes)
7. The addon verifies the transaction with Paystack and updates the order status
8. Paystack also sends a webhook as backup confirmation

Installation

1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip
2. Activate the addon and enter the license key
3. Go to Administration > Payment methods and create a new payment method
4. Select "Paystack Payment Gateway" as the processor
5. Enter your Public Key and Secret Key from the Paystack Dashboard
6. Copy the displayed Webhook URL into your Paystack Dashboard > Settings > API Keys & Webhooks
7. Configure order status mappings as desired
8. Save and test with test keys before going live
