Description
At the stage of developing a marketplace or introducing new functionality, it is very important to track every step of the algorithm, including automatic mailing. Otherwise, it may turn out that important notifications do not reach sellers or buyers, or they do not reach in the way they were intended.
And it also happens that some algorithm goes into a cycle, which turns into a huge number of emails to the administrator, seller or buyer. It can be hundreds or even thousands of emails in a few minutes. No one will be happy with such a large number of letters. Incorrect operation of one or more modules after updating the Cs-Cart Multivendor platform may block the sending of letters to sellers, the buyer about the created order and to any other cases of incorrect operation.
That is why it is important to monitor the correctness of the mailing list. Of course, you can reconfigure the server for this, but it's a long time, and only a person with certain skills and experience can do it, and after that you still need to remember to switch between the combat site and demo copies.
To simplify this task, we have developed the module "Duplicate emails".
Functionality
The module allows you to quickly and easily configure the duplication of all emails sent by the platform to the specified E-mail. And to do this as simply as possible: put a tick, enter an email address or several separated by commas and that's it. You can also simply disable this functionality.
After setting up the duplication of emails, all emails that the marketplace sends to the actions of the participants in the process or any events will be sent to your mail: ordering, notifications about the creation of warehouses or shipments, moderation, and so on.
This allows you to track whether everything is working adequately, whether the letter looks beautiful, whether it arrives on time, and so on.
Monitor the work of the store after you update the platform for a few days, when you are done, turn off the newsletter and that's it.
