The add-on is designed for convenient products sku generation.

On the add-on settings page, you must specify a template for generating articles. It can be numbers, letters and symbols in a different sequence. The article is automatically generated according to the template when creating, editing and importing products.

For existing products without SKUs, the add-on allows you to generate them with just one click.

Add-ons capabilities

  • Generation of a unique SKU according to a template when creating a product;
  • Generation of a unique SKU according to the template when updating the product, if the SKU was not set earlier;
  • Generation of SKU when importing products, if products from the imported file are without SKU;
  • Allows you to set different templates for generating SKU for each category of products;
  • Allows you to fix letters and numbers in the template so that they remain unchanged;
  • Allows you to use product IDs in the template for generating SKUs;
  • Delivery of new versions through the update center.

Странно, что обязательным полем для импорта в CS-Cart является Product-code и при этом система не ставит требований уникальности к этому полю.
С данным модулем проблема должна быть решена.
