CS-Cart Purchase Order simplifies procurement and inventory management by allowing you to create, manage, and track purchase orders efficiently.

 The add-on helps you manage suppliers, quotations, incoming shipments, and product inventory from a centralized admin panel, ensuring a smooth purchasing workflow.

You can generate purchase orders either manually or automatically based on your procurement method.

 When a product goes out of stock, the add-on can automatically create a purchase order, helping you replenish inventory on time and minimize stock shortages.

The add-on also allows you to create supplier quotations, assign products to suppliers, and send quotation requests and purchase orders directly via email.

 Administrators can manage supplier information, compare quotations, and confirm purchase orders with ease.

To simplify inventory management, the add-on lets you track incoming shipments, update partial deliveries, and automatically adjust product inventory when items are received from suppliers. 

You can also add comments, attach purchase order documents, print invoices, and download purchase order PDFs for better record management.
