The Quick search add-on is specially developed for CS-Cart 4. It extends the standard CS-Cart search functionality and allows customers to type just a few characters and see the relevant search results immediately in the drop-down list. Also, it includes a possibility to search by a product code.


Features:

  • Search results are shown below the search box in a drop-down list. It is a live search.
  • Uses AJAX technology.
  • Ability to perform the product search by any of the typed words, all of the typed words or an exact phrase.
  • Various add-on settings (search by product code, show image next to a product name in search results, ability to specify the number of displayed search results, etc).


Compatibility:

The add-on works correctly in Internet Explorer 7/8/9, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome and Opera latest browser versions.

The add-on is compatible with CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor v. 4.*.

Приобрел данный модуль. Это действительно быстро работающий поиск без всяких оговорок, типа что быстрее штатного и т.д. Тут быстро на столько что быстрее быть не может просто. Текст мой что-то на рекламу похож ))) Просто оно так на самом деле.
Теперь немного о хорошем и плохом. Алгоритм изначально поиска меня не устроил, т.к. поиск осуществлялся в том числе и в отсутвующих товарах... Честно сильно расстроился, НО... Связался с разработчиком и уже на следующий день алгоритм поиска был изменён! Ребята отработали максимально профессионально в этом отношении.
Поиск работает по кеширование которое рекомендуют производить раз в десять минут, это немного увеличивает нагрузку на сервер, но совсем не критично.
На мой взгляд это идеальный поиск, да и подход разработчика - если что-то не устроило, то вернём деньги в течении 10 дней, да и фиксы моментально делают по запросу.
Однозначно от души рекомендую! Разрабам успехов и побольше выпускать таких топовых продуктов )
