Reward Points extension extends the standard CS-Cart reward points system with two essential business rules that help you grow a sustainable loyalty program.

Welcome Bonus for New Customers The moment a new customer completes registration, the add-on automatically credits them with welcome bonus points — fully configurable in the settings. This gives shoppers an instant reason to place their first order and dramatically reduces the gap between sign-up and first purchase. The bonus is applied only to Customer accounts, preventing abuse from admin or vendor registrations.

Flexible Payment Limit Control Without limits, customers can pay entire orders with accumulated points — eroding your margin and making the loyalty program unsustainable. Reward Points Policy solves this by letting you define the maximum percentage of any order that can be covered by bonus points. The limit is calculated against the real order value (subtotal + shipping + taxes, after discounts), so the math is always fair and transparent. If a customer tries to apply more points than allowed, they receive a clear error message and the points are reset automatically.
