CS-Cart SalesforceIQ Connector integrates your CS-Cart store with SalesforceIQ, allowing admins to sync customer information with Salesforce Contacts.
This add-on helps store owners manage customer data, export customers, update existing Contacts, create new Contacts, and maintain Contact mapping between CS-Cart and SalesforceIQ.
Module Workflow
The CS-Cart SalesforceIQ Connector provides an easy way to connect the store with SalesforceIQ and sync customer data.
- Configure SalesforceIQ Settings: Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, and Domain URL to connect CS-Cart with SalesforceIQ.
- View Customer Data: View customer details and Salesforce Contact IDs from the SalesforceIQ section in the CS-Cart admin panel.
- Export Customer Contacts: Select the required customers and use Export Contacts to sync their details with SalesforceIQ.
- View Synced Contacts in Salesforce: The synced customer records can be viewed and managed in the Contacts section of Salesforce.
