Sendsay Full Events Sync

If you use Sendsay for email marketing, this module automatically syncs your CS-Cart store data with Sendsay. Customers, orders, and behavioral events (product views, cart, purchase) are synchronized without manual setup.

You need this module if:

• you already use Sendsay for email marketing
• you want to trigger automated sequences based on customer behavior in your store
• you need customer segmentation by groups inside Sendsay

What the module syncs:

• Customer data — contacts are sent to Sendsay on registration and profile update
• Order data — order statuses and amounts synced automatically
• eCommerce events:
  • Product view
  • Add to cart
  • Order placement
• Sendsay tracking script — connected automatically in the correct mode
• Double opt-in — confirmation email sent to new subscribers
• Subscriber groups — customers automatically added to the correct Sendsay groups

Compatibility

• CS-Cart / Multi-Vendor 4.14.1 and above
• Compatible with Ultimate and Multi-Vendor editions
• Requires the standard Email marketing add-on to be installed

Setup

Add-ons → IP5 Agency — Sendsay Email Service → Settings

Connection parameters:

• Sendsay script type — choose based on your analytics setup:
  • base — standard Sendsay script
  • ym — Yandex Metrica integration
  • ga4 — Google Analytics 4 integration
• Account ID — your Sendsay account ID (starts with x_)
• API key — key with contacts and orders permissions
• Confirmation email ID — double opt-in email ID from Sendsay

Subscriber groups:
