Module assignment

The Sendsay module is designed to integrate an online store on the CS-Cart / Multi-Vendor platform with the Sendsay email marketing service.

The module allows you to:

• transfer user and order data to Sendsay
• enable Sendsay tracking scripts
• work with subscriber groups
• send subscription confirmation emails (double opt-in)
• track eCommerce events store (product view, shopping cart, order)

The module is actually used to transfer data from the store to the Sendsay marketing analytics and mailing system.

Compatibility

The module supports the CS-Cart / Multi-Vendor platform versions 4.14.1 and higher.
Compatible with Ultimate and Multi-Vendor editions.

For correct operation, the standard module Email marketing must be installed.

Module Settings

The module settings are located in the admin panel along the path:
Modules → IP5 Agency — Sendsay Email Service → Settings

This section sets the basic parameters for connecting to Sendsay.

Sendsay script type
Defines the type of tracking script to connect.
Possible options:

• base - standard Sendsay script
• ym - integration with Yandex.Metrica
• ga4 integration with Google Analytics 4

The type is selected depending on the analytics system used.

Account ID
The account ID in the Sendsay system.
The value received in the Sendsay personal account (type x_) is indicated.

API Key
API key for accessing Sendsay.
The key must have the rights to work with contacts and orders.

Confirmation email ID
The ID of the subscription confirmation email in Sendsay.
It is used to send double opt-in emails to new subscribers.

Subscriber groups

In the groups section, the store's users are configured to match groups in Sendsay.

The selected groups are used for:

• subscriber segmentation
• launching automatic mailing scripts
• customer behavior analytics

The user is added to the specified groups when the conditions set by the Sendsay logic are met.

Data transmission and events

The module automatically tracks key user actions in the store.

The following events are transmitted:

• viewing the product
• adding the product to the cart
• placing the order

Standard CS-Cart hooks and templates are used for this.
