CartModules: Shiprocket Shipping

One Shiprocket account, many carriers — book, label, and track from CS-Cart

Shiprocket is India’s largest shipping aggregator. With a single Shiprocket account you get access to many carriers — Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and more — without signing separate contracts with each one. This add-on plugs Shiprocket directly into your CS-Cart Multi-Vendor or Store Builder store, so you and your vendors can book shipments, track them live, print labels, download pickup manifests, and cancel shipments — all from the admin panel.

Shiprocket has two separate accounts: one for small parcels (B2C, retail) and one for larger cargo (B2B). This add-on supports both as their own shipping methods, so you can use either or both side by side. The add-on works standalone; paired with the CartModules: Advanced Shipping System foundation add-on you also get per-vendor credentials (Multi-Vendor editions only), multi-box shipment support, and centralized carrier status mapping across every installed carrier add-on.

Supported Services

Each shows up as its own shipping method, so you can price them differently, assign them to different vendors, and use different login details.

How It Works

1. Install the add-on — two shipping methods are set up, one for small parcels and one for cargo
2. Enter your Shiprocket login details (enter both retail and cargo accounts, or just what you have)
3. A customer places an order and picks a Shiprocket-backed method at checkout
4. From the order page, click Create shipment — the add-on creates the order, gets a tracking number, and arranges pickup in one click
5. If a step fails partway, the add-on saves what it has, warns you, and lets you retry just the failed step
6. Download the label, download the pickup manifest (retail only), refresh tracking, or cancel — all from the shipment page

Requirements

• CS-Cart Store Builder or Multi-Vendor (single or multiple storefronts) 4.6.3 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher (tested up to PHP 8.3)
• A Shiprocket account (retail, cargo, or both)
• Recommended: CartModules: Smart Shipping & Fulfillment Manager (the per-vendor credentials feature requires CS-Cart Multi-Vendor)

Installation

1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip file
2. Activate the addon and enter the license key
3. (Recommended) install CartModules: Smart Shipping & Fulfillment Manager first, then go to Shipping & Taxes > Shipping methods and set up the Shiprocket B2C and/or B2B methods with your login details (see Configuration)

Configuration Options

In Multi-Vendor with per-vendor credentials enabled, vendors enter their own B2C and B2B details on their company profile. Available actions: Update Tracking (B2C & B2B), Download Label (B2C & B2B), Download Manifest (B2C only), Cancel Shipment (B2C & B2B).
