A marketplace can have a lot of internal statuses necessary for organizing well-coordinated work between the marketplace, sellers, transport companies and other partners.

There are more unpleasant situations. For example, at some stage the transport company loses the order, which notifies the marketplace, changing the status of the order. The marketplace begins proceedings and, with a high probability, the order will soon be found and calmly delivered to the buyer.

Why scare the buyer with unconfirmed information about the loss of the shipment? After all, in the end, most likely, the buyer will receive his order on time.
