How fast a marketplace ships depends on how fast the vendor learns about the order. An email may be seen in the evening, a text is seen at once. This add-on brings notifications to vendors the same way the main add-on brings them to customers.
What it does
- A text to the vendor when an order status changes.
- A text about a new message in the Message Center.
- Templates with variables: status, order number and date, customer name, pickup point address, amount, tracking number, carrier.
- 16 gateways to choose from — sms.ru, smsc.ru, smsaero.ru, beeline.ru, twilio.com and others.
- A log of sent messages.
- Vendor notifications are configured separately from customer ones — the texts never overlap.
What to keep in mind
The add-on is an extension of SMS Notifications and does not work without it. Message pricing is set by the gateway you choose.
