Tabs sorting in the admin panel

Solves a very annoying admin panel problem - allows you to change the sort order of tabs in all places where they are used.

For example, in the product card at the beginning, you can collect tabs with characteristics and reviews, as this can be convenient for the content manager.

Or, on the blog edit pages, move the layouts to the first place so that when loading you can immediately edit the desired block

Or move the tab with the popular delivery service closer in editing the order…
