Sticky note is available on all pages in the CS cart admin. It is quite useful to take quick notes while you are on the phone with customer. Notes are stored on a per user basis. No Need to use separate sticky note application.
User can open and close sticky note as and when they need to.
Sticky Note has auto save feature enabled so that you don’t have to save the notes and it automatically saves the notes for you
