Requirements

• CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.x
• PHP 7.1 or higher
• Thawani merchant account with API credentials (Secret Key, Publishable Key)
• Store currency set to OMR (Omani Rial)

How It Works

1. Customer selects Thawani at checkout and clicks "Place Order"
2. The addon creates a checkout session via the Thawani API
3. Customer is redirected to Thawani's hosted payment page
4. Customer enters payment details and completes the transaction
5. Thawani redirects back to your store and the addon verifies the session status
6. Order status is updated automatically based on the payment result

Installation

1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip
2. Activate the addon and enter the license key
3. Go to Administration > Payment methods and create a new payment method
4. Select "Thawani Payment Gateway" as the processor
5. Enter your Secret Key and Publishable Key from the Thawani merchant portal
6. Configure order status mappings as desired
7. Save and test with sandbox mode before going live

Country & Currency

This addon is designed for merchants selling in Oman. Thawani uses OMR (Omani Rial) with amounts expressed in baisa (1 OMR = 1000 baisa). Ensure your store's primary currency is OMR.
