Checkout & Shipping Rate Calculation
- Real-Time Rate Calculation: Cart data is sent directly via the Ukrposhta eCom API; prices and estimated delivery times are returned instantly without caching outdated rates.
- Convenient Branch & Courier Selector: Choose between branch delivery (W2W) or courier delivery (W2D) with step-by-step navigation: Region → City → Branch / Street. Postcodes are populated automatically.
- Standard & Express Tiers: Enable both shipping options at checkout, allowing customers to see price and delivery time differences upfront.
Order Management & Waybills in Admin Panel
- Sender Registration: Store contract UUIDs and pickup locations directly in the add-on settings without unnecessary visits to carrier offices.
- Electronic Waybills (EN / Consignment Notes): Create, print, and delete waybills directly from the order details page. Cash-on-delivery (COD) is supported, and label layouts fully match Ukrposhta standards.
- Automated Directory Refresh: Regions, cities, branches, and streets are regularly updated and stored in CS-Cart database tables to keep checkout lists accurate.
- Multi-Vendor Support: In Multi-Vendor editions, each vendor can use their own independent Ukrposhta contract regardless of marketplace settings.
Automated Status Tracking
Once a waybill is generated, the add-on polls the Ukrposhta Tracking API on a scheduled cron job and automatically updates CS-Cart order statuses (handed over, in transit, delivered, returned). Customers always see the exact status of their shipment.

Test Mode & Support
You can install and configure the add-on without live API keys. The built-in Sandbox Mode lets you test the entire process — from rate calculation to test waybill generation. Detailed documentation and a change log are included in the installation archive.
