Improved feedback block
The module adds the ability to place a block of reviews in any part of the site: in the product card, on the product category page, on the main page, on the page about the company and in any other place. With it, you can flexibly customize the appearance of the feedback block, both globally for the entire site and for each page individually.
Reviews increase conversion
When buying online, the buyer has two main sources of information about the product, on the basis of which he can make a choice: this is the description in the product card and reviews from those who have already bought this product and/or collaborated with this seller. Therefore, it is very important that the reviews are always in front of the buyer's eyes. And it is desirable that these are the most favorable reviews for you. That is, I would like to decide for myself which reviews will be displayed on the page.
To simplify the work with reviews and make this tool more convenient and versatile, we have created a new module – the "Improved feedback block".
Module functionality
The module makes it possible to add a block of reviews to any page through layouts:
- To the product card,
- In the product catalog for each category,
- On the main page of the site,
- On the "About the company" page,
- On pages with descriptions of individual brands, etc.
You will be able to place customer reviews exactly where they will definitely catch the eye of the buyer, attract attention, and encourage them to make a purchase. At the same time, you can, for example, collect reviews for all product variations in one block, which will allow the buyer to get a more complete picture of the product.
Setting up the display of reviews
The most important thing is that with our module you can flexibly customize the display of reviews: both appearance and content. There are several settings for the order in which reviews are displayed:
- Manual selection,
- Display new ones first,
- Display the old ones first.
This way, the buyer will see exactly the reviews that are beneficial to you.
The appearance of the feedback block is also flexibly configured: the number of reviews displayed, display, navigation.Reviews can be displayed statically with the ability to switch between them manually or dynamically: with a given frequency, reviews will replace each other. The movement on the page is sure to attract the attention of the buyer.
The feedback block is displayed in the design of the theme used. If desired, any programmer can make their own changes to the block design.
Individual settings of the feedback block for different pages
You can configure the display of reviews globally, for the entire site, or you can make individual settings for each page. For example, in the product card, make a small block at the bottom of the page so as not to look intrusive. In the product, the buyer himself will look for opportunities to get acquainted with the reviews. And in the category, make a dynamic change of reviews to attract attention, encouraging the buyer to make a choice.
