CS-Cart User Activation By Mail: This magnificent extension has been provided the feature of activation of user account via mail. Users are required to activate their newly created account via a confirmation link sent to the email address provided while registering. Verification of email address helps to reduce spam and also make sure that the registered id belongs to that member.

Features :

The functionality bounds the user to respond to confirm registration mail send to verify email address and activate their account.
The functionality of user login is provided in confirmation mail.
The functionality to allow user to get logged on by using activation link is provided.
The functionality to set the expiry time of inactivated accounts is available.
The functionality of automatic removal of inactivated account after the expiry time is provided.

This application worked great on the new version of CS-Cart 4.10. It is exactly what we needed to validate users to the website with real email addresses. The feature to email them a reminder within a certain amount of time was an added bonus.

This application is not compatible with CS cart 4.7.X I have given admin id and password to WEBKUL. There are unable to fix the issues, rather they ask me FTP access, i refused, because i do not want them to modify my cs cart genuine files. I ask WEBKUL to fix their problem so that it is compatible with all websites. I ask them to refund my full money.

I had some issues setting this up initially, mainly as I'm using a custom theme (still customising it :-)).
I dropped a ticket to these guys expecting a wait as it's oinly a cheap addon. WOAH! Vivek was in my inbox asking for access within the hour. 30 minutes later and he had sorted the issue.
Everything works like a dream - solves my issue of people using false email addresses to get cheaper deals :-)
