This review id for a customization job of their product package add-on.
I always try to be as explicit and detailed as possible in the process of placing an order to customize a module, I know it is important to avoid misunderstandings, delays and overheads.
In this case, the Webkul person was kind and quick to respond, asking pertinent questions and clarifying everything needed before making the budget and starting work.
Subsequently, the first deliveries of the project were not entirely accurate, with some almost childish errors on a price calculation and some functionality that was missing. All of this was resolved quickly although it required a significant communicative effort.
The development of this customization was affected by the coronavirus pandemic, as our company had to close for a few months and we had to prioritize efforts in other areas.
However, when I was able to refocus my attention on the project, Webkul technicians were understanding and resumed work diligently.
At the level of pure execution of the project would have rated 4 stars, but the kindness, understanding and speed post-covid make it worth the 5 points.
