Very nice support from webkul but needs to improve the way of communicational support by directly connecting a developer to the customer and so that there will be a maximum scope of understanding the issues of a customer and this will also increase your business as there is a lot of scope to get customisation works

I am using Webkul add-ons for several reasons. I found that the softwares target a particular need for serving the marketplace and offer tremendous functionalities for more effectiveness.
The most interesting is collaboration with their support team to resolve any issue which can arise.

I bought the addon Product Package Builder and it has a native bug (related to memory) which makes it useless. I contacted Webkul two months ago and, up to now, they didn't fix it yet. I may change rating when they fix it.
