Note: The Shop Connector Manager should be purchased and installed before Wix Shop Connector for the Wix Shop Connector to function properly.

Add-on Installation Steps

Step 1: Open the Add-ons drop-down and select 'Downloaded Add-on'

Step 2: Click on the gear icon and select 'Manual Installation'

Step 3: Upload the zip file and click 'Upload and Install'

The add-on has been installed successfully

Note: The Shop Connector Manager should be purchased and installed before Wix Shop Connector for the Wix Shop Connector to function properly.

CS-Cart Integration Steps:

Step 1: Open CS-Cart, select Shop Connectors from the Vendor's drop-down, and click on + to add a new shop

Step 2: Configure the shop

-> Enter the Shop Name

-> In Type: Select 'Wix' from the drop-down

-> Enter the Website URL

-> In Access Type: Select 'API Key' from the drop-down

-> Enter the 'API Key'

-> Click on the 'Create Shop' button

Note: You can get the API Key by following the steps at the end of this document.

Step 3: On the Shop Edit page, select the Wix store/website that you want to connect with CS-Cart and click the 'Save' button

Step 4: Open the Category Mapping tab, select the required categories to map, select the checkboxes for import, and click Save for successful import

Step 5: Open the Cronjob Mapping tab and configure cronjob settings.

-> Cronjob URL: Configure the cron job once on the server to run every hour. It will automatically check all shops with cron job settings.

-> Enable Schedule

-> In Schedule Period: Select the specific period from the dropdown

-> Schedule Time: Select the specific time from the drop-down

-> Enable fields to modify by cronjob

-> Click on the 'Save' button


Step 6: Open the listing of Shop Connectors and click on Import Products for the particular shop created

Note: Once importing is done, users can also view logs by clicking on View Logs.

Step 7: Open the product on the front end and click on 'Add to Cart', then proceed to Checkout

Step 8: Enter the required details on the checkout page and click on Place Order

Step 9: Go to Orders -> View Orders in the admin panel and click on the order number to view the order details

Step 10: Note the order reference number from the order details screen

Step 11: Now open 'https://manage.wix.com/' -> Sales -> Orders

The order is placed automatically on Wix with the same reference number.

Wix Integration Steps:

Step 1: Log in with your Wix Studio account, go to the Account Settings page from the top-right user icon, and click on 'API Key' in the left sidebar. Or you can open this URL: https://manage.wix.com/account/api-keys after logging in.

Step 2: On the API Key page, click the 'Generate API Key' button

Step 3: On the 'Generate API Key' page, enter a name for the API key, enable the 'All site permissions' checkbox in the Permissions section, and then click the 'Generate Key' button
