An extended sitemap for CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor. Generates XML and HTML sitemaps plus an XML image map — everything search engines need to index your products faster.
You need this module if:
- the default CS-Cart sitemap doesn't update automatically
- Google and Yandex are slow to index your new products and categories
- you need an image sitemap for Google Images
- you use Geo Pages and want a separate sitemap per location
What the module does:
- XML sitemap — products, categories, pages, brands, companies (Multi-Vendor)
- HTML sitemap — available at /sitemap/, empty categories excluded automatically
- XML image map — separate file for Google Images indexing
- Auto-update via CRON — sitemap stays current without manual regeneration
- Smart exclusions — removes categories without products, products without price, or products out of stock
- Geo Pages integration — automatically creates a separate sitemap for each location
- Search engine compliant — files split at 50,000 links or 10 MB per Google and Yandex guidelines
Installation
- Unpack the archive to the CS-Cart root directory
- Go to Add-ons → Manage Add-ons, find "IP5 Agency — Extended sitemap" and activate it
- Important: disable the standard Google Sitemap add-on — they conflict
Settings
General
- CRON key (required) — 10–20 Latin characters and
digits. The generation button is unavailable without a key.
Example:
MySecretKey123 - Exclude categories/brands — without products / products out of stock / products without price / products without price and stock
XML sitemap — enable the sections you need:
- Products
- Categories
- Pages
- Brands / Manufacturers
- Companies (Multi-Vendor only)
HTML sitemap
Once enabled, the sitemap is available at /sitemap/.
Empty categories are hidden automatically.
XML image map
A separate file for indexing product images in Google Images.
