The module is designed for working with the marketplace in the format of fulfillment, crossdocking, dropshipping, or trading from your storage.

The model of work with fulfillment

The module forms the movement of goods for safekeeping by the marketplace seller, who selects which products he wants to transfer to the fulfillment storage, selects packaging, forms a pallet, and makes a request for movement. After the administrator receives information about forming the request and receiving the product, the number of products that the vendor sent to fulfillment is confirmed, taking into account the defect or shortage. At each stage, all requests for relocation are moderated by the administrator.

The model of work with crossdocking

For the crossdocking model, it is provided that after the product is sold, the seller moves it to the storage for repacking or forming the buyer's order from different sellers in branded containers and delivery to the buyer.

For the buyer, the delivery cost is calculated from the crossdocking storage.

Trading from the vendor's warehouse

The product is sold from the seller's storage. The delivery service is configured for each storage individually. For the seller, you can create several storages and sales points.

2) Import of goods

Unloading is performed from the "1C" storage accounting program: UT, UNF, ERP and other compatible ones, as well as from the standard module "Advanced import" (CSV, XML). "My warehouse", " Business.Ru " additional improvements will not be required.

3) Division by storage

The module takes into account the number of products for each storage, as well as the price for the current storage. For example, for a storage in Vladivostok, the price will be 100 rubles, and in Moscow - 50 rubles. The buyer will see the minimum price of the storage and the remaining stock. Information about inventory balances is displayed for the buyer in the product profile.

4) placing an order

The creation of storages by the seller is moderated by the marketplace administrator. You can configure storage types for the correct operation of courier delivery services. The storage is restricted by product category and size and volume. Products that do not fit the size of the storage will not be able to be sold in the marketplace window.

Example: a product (refrigerator and t-shirt) can be placed in a single order. The buyer will be able to place an order with two different transport companies: "Russian post" for t-shirts and "Business Lines" for refrigerators. Thus, the module's functionality implies that for large-sized goods that have a minimum and maximum size, delivery methods can be configured by truck, and for small-sized goods that require fitting, it is possible to use another courier service. Delivery of high-risk goods (paint and varnish materials, flammable materials, etc.) is regulated by delivery only by land transport, since the transportation of these goods by air is prohibited.

In this way, the marketplace can identify storages for large-sized, valuable, and high-risk goods, and distribute different transport and courier delivery services among them for the proper operation of the marketplace.

Working with bar codes

The module generates barcodes for products. For crossdocking or fulfillment warehouses, bar codes/barcodes are generated for boxes and pallets.

Documents

The module generates documents for shipment to the storage of fulfillment and crossdocking-bill of lading and Haggling - separately for mono boxes, mono pallets, mix boxes, mix pallets (the functionality is available with the "Contract"module).
