The CS-Cart "Call Request" add-on makes it possible for customers to request a call from the store. After you install the add-on, you will have a special button on the product detailed page (below the "Add to cart" button) of the storefront with the form for contact information. Also, you can place this button in any part of the storefront. The administrator will get a notification about a new call request in the admin panel and via e-mail. To define the email where all the notifications about new call requests will be sent go to Admin panel > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > Call Request Settings. To see the list of all call requests go to Admin panel > Customers > Call Request.
To change call request time availability you should change the "call_request_time" language variable.
