On a marketplace the money question is the awkward one: everything is collected by the platform and then has to be distributed. If vendors accept payments themselves, that whole layer of accounting disappears — and this add-on makes it possible on the basic Multi-Vendor edition.

What it does

  • Vendors create their own payment methods in the basic Multi-Vendor edition.
  • Products in the cart are grouped by vendor.
  • The customer chooses: pay one vendor now or pay for everything at once.
  • At checkout the buyer picks either the vendor's payment method or a method available across the marketplace.
  • When the vendor's own method is used, the money goes to the vendor directly.
  • Products of the other vendors stay in the cart, and the customer is offered to order them straight after the first order.

What changes for the platform

No manual distribution of funds between vendors, and no waiting for a payout cycle on their side. For orders that mix several vendors the customer still sees the marketplace-wide payment methods, so nothing breaks in the usual scenario.

Do I need the Ultimate edition for vendor payment methods?

No, that is the point of the add-on: vendors get their own payment methods in the basic Multi-Vendor edition.

What happens with a cart containing several vendors?

The customer can pay one vendor and leave the rest in the cart, or pay for everything at once using a marketplace-wide method.

Отличная работа, отличный модуль. Стояла задача перевести оплату на продавца. Теперь у каждого продавца свои способы оплаты и доставки, внутри продавца уже устанавливаются зависимости платеж-доставка.
Disadvantages
В панели главного администратора непонятно какой способ оплаты кому принадлежит, в МВ-стандарт продавцам не дано править заказ. Поэтому изменить способ оплаты можно только методом научного тыка.

Были недоработки: неверный бух баланс, лишние уведомления при оформлении заказа и пр. Но команда их оперативно решила, сейчас модуль работает как нужно.
