Module package "DBS for Boxberry: The seller stores the goods, collects the order, delivers to the buyer: Delivery by Seller"

Order assembly from the customer's order placement to the order issuance
Making a purchase
Let's say we have a customer from Yekaterinburg who needs to purchase 10 identical plates. The seller has the goods he needs, the remnants are distributed in warehouses located in Moscow (3 units), Novosibirsk (15 units) and Vladivostok (20 units). The seller also has contracts with CDEK, Boxberry transport companies and its own courier service. However, CDEK and Boxberry will not be lucky to be sent from Vladivostok, the seller does not have a contract with them in this city.
The buyer enters the product card and sees two warehouses: in Moscow and Novosibirsk. The warehouse in Vladivostok is not displayed for, because the goods will not be lucky for him. The buyer also sees the quantity of goods in each warehouse. He needs 10 plates. The required quantity of goods is only available in a warehouse in Novosibirsk.
Also, the buyer sees that the delivery of the necessary goods to Yekaterinburg can be carried out by two transport companies: CDEK and Boxberry. Thus, even at the stage of product selection, the buyer can decide from which warehouse it is more convenient to order the goods and which transport company.
After the buyer places an order, the seller receives an assembly task.
The assembly task does not contain information about the buyers, only a list of products and an indication of which delivery service the buyer has chosen. Thus, the seller will not be able to contact the buyer on his own and lure him to his website.
Only after the seller completes the assembly, he will be able to see the buyer's name and phone number, and then only on the address label if the transport company requires it.
Having received the assembly task, the seller begins to prepare the order for transfer to the transport company. He must confirm the availability of goods, pack them in boxes or packages, transfer the data to the transport company and print out the accompanying documents: address labels, acceptance certificate.
There is a package size control in the assembly interface. The seller will not be able to pack the goods in boxes whose dimensions do not meet the requirements of the tariff of the transport company. This significantly saves time on packing the order. Another feature that allows you to save time is the ability to create box templates that are constantly used in the seller's warehouse.
Separate cargo space
Some products do not require additional packaging. For example, average household appliances, like a slow cooker or a microwave. In such goods, the seller can indicate in advance that the goods do not require repacking, and in the assembly task they will automatically create separate cargo spaces. It will be enough just to stick address labels on them. This speeds up the order assembly process by an order of magnitude.
Transfer of the order to the transport company
After the seller has prepared the order, he must transfer it to the transport company. You can do this in one of two ways:
- Independently deliver the cargo to the company's warehouse,
- Transfer the prepared cargo to the courier of the transport company.
The marketplace can automatically make a courier call to the address of the seller's warehouse. It is convenient and simple: for the fence of 100 orders, the seller pays several hundred rubles, which is quite comparable to the cost of independently delivering orders to the PVZ. But significantly less troublesome.
The transport company accepts the cargo and delivers it to the final buyer.
Order assembly control
Our complex of applications gives the marketplace full control over the actions of the seller and the transport company. Any order movements will be displayed in the interface by changing the order status.
- The seller has opened the assembly task – the order status changes to "Processed";
- The order assembly begins: boxes are created, goods are put in them – the status changes to "Processing in stock";
- The packaging is completed – the status "Awaiting transfer to the transport company";
- The order has been transferred to the transport company – the status "Transferred to the transport company";
Delivery of the order to the final buyer – as the order moves, its status will change automatically: "Departed from the city of departure", "Arrived in the city of delivery", "Handed over to the courier", "Handed over to the buyer", "Returned to the sender", and so on.
This way, both you and the seller and the buyer will know what is happening with the order at all stages of order processing. And the seller will not be able to lie to you, allegedly he did everything right, but something went wrong already during delivery.
If the seller does not have one or more items from the order, two scenarios are possible, depending on how you configure the application:
The order is automatically edited, missing items are simply removed from the order,
The order is automatically canceled.
The first setting is usually applied when the seller pays for the delivery. If the delivery is paid by the buyer, it may be more expensive and more troublesome to adjust the order and recalculate the cost of delivery than to cancel the order and offer the buyer to issue a new one, taking into account the absence of some goods.
Contract on behalf of the seller or on behalf of the marketplaceThe transport companies integration module allows you to connect any of more than forty-five delivery services to your marketplace. At the same time, you can choose on whose behalf the delivery will be made: on behalf of your marketplace, or on behalf of sellers.
Create your own rates
Our set of applications allows you to quickly and easily create tariffs and conditions for the delivery of goods from the seller's warehouse for your marketplace by analogy with the tariffs of Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex.Market and other popular marketplaces.
With the help of our modules, you create categories of warehouses in advance for storing various categories of goods: large and medium-sized goods, food, jewelry, and so on.The next step is to create delivery methods for warehouses and tariff zones from different delivery services and taking into account different categories of goods, the seller's territory, transportation conditions, etc. So, for clothes in the delivery method, the possibility of fitting in the PVZ or fitting at the buyer's address can be configured. Pay only for delivery upon receipt, or pay for the entire order to the courier, or the delivery is free, and the seller pays for it himself.
The seller, creating a personal account, will be able to choose the types of warehouses and delivery methods suitable for his goods. Such a flexible setup of the store will attract more sellers and, as a result, more buyers.
Magic for Buyers
The buyer in the product card immediately sees only those warehouses that he can purchase taking into account his geographical location. At the same time, in the product card, the buyer immediately sees how many goods and from which warehouses are available to him, as well as what delivery conditions he can choose.
Thus, even at the stage of choosing a product, the buyer can decide on the most convenient delivery in his case.
Order assembly by the seller
After the buyer places an order, the seller will receive a task to assemble the cargo for transfer to the transport company. You can set up regulations for sellers to assemble an order, for example, 24 working hours for confirmation, assembly and packaging, the same amount for transfer to a transport company. The set of modules allows you to take into account the working schedule of the warehouse for different time zones.
The warehouse employee must open the assembly, confirm the availability of goods for the order and prepare the shipment. Including printing the accompanying documents prepared by the module and attaching them to the order. The applications monitor the compliance of the packaging with the tariff requirements of the transport company.
Your administrator will be able to track all the actions of the seller's employees with the assembly: whether it was opened on time, assembled and packed, or the warehouse staff ignored it. For any action of the seller with the assembly of the order, you can set up a notification to the buyer about the status of his order: In the assembly in the warehouse, handed over to the service, arrived in the delivery city, handed over to the courier, handed over to the buyer.
