WOFF fonts will be preloaded by default. If you also need to preload fonts with eot, ttf extensions - just add these extensions in the add-on settings.
You don't need to worry about additional addon settings when adding or removing fonts from css styles. link rel="preload" is added to the of the page for all fonts included in the css style files.
